A rare opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Manager working in a fun and dynamic publishing company in Orpington! You will be working alongside the Head of Retail and overseeing the day-to-day running of the customer service operation over the company website. You should have at least 1 year’s proven customer service management experience and be very computer literate.
