Vacancy Summary

On behalf of our client based in Berkshire we are now seeking a professional Marketing and Events Coordinator.

The successful applicant will have previous experience within a marketing role within a Professional Services organisation, ideally with experience of managing a marketing process autonomously. You will be able to demonstrate your success in managing processes and facilitating events and will be self motivated and proactive and a strong communicator.

The role will involve having responsibility for facilitating marketing events such as seminars, receptions and lunches, working to set budgets on demand from the senior business team, providing pro-active support to the office and liaising with the National Marketing team. You will be supervising a marketing assistant and delegating administrative preparation and follow up activities often working to deadlines.

Other duties will include monthly reporting in update meetings, working closely with all six areas of the business function and working effectively as part of a team.
