Business Analyst / Data Reporting Analyst – Access, SQL Newcastle upon Tyne Attractive Package
Our client is a subsidiary of a leading international supplier of business management software solutions. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst / Data Reporting Analyst to work as part of their Marketing team.
As a Business Analyst / Data Reporting Analyst, you’ll take responsibility for providing timely and accurate reports that the business will use to ensure they maximise revenue generation, and identify new opportunities. In this role you’ll required to work with people across the business, in partnership with their Data Analysts, taking a pro-active role in understanding the information needs for the organisation.
To succeed as the Business Analyst / Data Reporting Analyst you’ll be used to working in a fast paced environment, and to demanding service level agreements. You’ll also need a good working knowledge of Access, and SQL, with the ability to create data tables and DTS packages.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Crystal Reports and VBA, and will be confident with the manipulation of data in Excel.
Additionally, as the Business Analyst / Data Reporting Analyst you’ll need to be organised and flexible, and possess effective communication skills and the ability to present information using a variety of techniques. You’ll also be able to plan your time effectively, work to tight deadlines and be able to manage multiple projects across the business.
