Sales & Marketing Administrator, Web Editor - E-Commerce St Albans 15,000 - 16,000
Leading online Audio Visual and brown goods retailer is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Administrator, Web Editor.
Job Purpose: To maintain company websites with product offering, including adding and editing product information, images, pricing and promotions, ensuring maximum profitability and competitiveness in the online market. Ensuring that all product availability is up to date using both in house software and supplier websites
Key responsibilities and Accountabilities 1. Manage, Organize and Update product offering of brown and white goods across company websites – including prioritizing seasonal brands and product types
2. Planning and Updating price structure across the relevant brands for product types by analysis of price lists and comparison of competitor web offerings, using company formulas where applicable
3. Maintaining products on company database in order to feed relevant websites keeping websites up to date
4. Updating model skus on Venda system for website, including rich data, product images in 3 sizes and entering selling price.
5. Managing and updating company websites through ‘special offer’ categories for given product offerings on both our e-commerce websites.
6. General administration support for all company database entry on Axapta system supporting all company sales channels.
7. Using the following systems to support this role Axapta, Venda web application, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Photoshop.
8. Communication with supplier representatives in order to clarify correct pricelists, any special offers and general price checking
9. Understand the needs of the business and priorities workload accordingly e.g. Seasonality changes, urgent price changes, urgent product management, urgent data entry
10. Reporting on stock status on Axapta system once a week and updating company website with availability field.
11. Communicating product price and information to the customer service support functions when appropriate
12. Participate in team meetings when appropriate in order to establish quality control
13. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
14. Undertake any additional duties as the role might require
Sales & Marketing Administrator, Web Editor Required Skills: Fully computer literate Familiar with standard Microsoft software products Experience with Adobe Photoshop would be of great benefit Ability to prioritise Able to work individually and as part of a team
