An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Sales and Marketing Assistant for a leading process solutions and manufacturing services company working within the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
The right candidate will be able to manage and fulfil all associated administrative duties in support of the sales team. The company are looking for a team player is highly organised to help support their successful sales team. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will also be able to provide visual and written marketing materials to effectively communicate company technologies and services.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to join a successful and well established company and the chance to enhance their skills within the industry. It is important that you have good commercial awareness and the ability to be creative.
Responsibilities: -Provide administrative duties for sales activities, and assistance in organising visits and meetings with clients. -Prepare minutes for meetings as requested. -Assist in the preparation and organisation of sales exhibitions and conferences with sales team. -Work with colleagues to develop opportunities to promote company technologies and services. -Produce quality marketing communications material across all media, working with external agencies and suppliers where necessary.
Requirements: -Solid experience in similar position, not necessarily within oil and gas industry. -Strong Microsoft Office skills. -Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
Salary:- Up to 25k dependant on experience.
