Job Description :
We are looking for a Purchaser, purchase manager, project manager, procurement, supply chain manager, programme sourcing manager, Project manager,business management, purchasing manager,Buyer, project planner.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a very popular and friendlt company You would be responsible for ensuring that the optimum relationship is developed and effective leverage applied to the supply base in order to achieve business targets and maximise competitive advantage. The role will provide a single point of accountability for sourcing performance in relation to a commodity / sub-commodity area. The role requires a high degree of product focus, with an ability to drive through engineering based savings as well as the effective building of strategic relationships in order to ensure that suppliers remain competitive and drive cost down through continuous improvement.
1. Key Skills: To develop & implement commodity based sourcing strategies 2. To work with Logistics, Design and Development, Manufacturing, and Sales and Marketing in order to ensure conformance to the purchasing strategies developed 3. To lead supplier negotiations in order to yield significant cost savings 4. To develop relationships with key suppliers in order to fully understand cost drivers and take a total acquisition approach to costs savings
Role: Achieve significant cost savings. Both a team player and self motivated. Purchasing or precurementwithin manufacturing. (5yrs experience) Problem solving. Technical background Salary: • Â30,000 per annum
