CLIENT
• A permanent Recruitment Consultancy specialising in recruitment for the consumer market. Each element of the industry is handled by a specialist consultant, from start to finish. • They specialise in the following functional areas amongst others - Buying & Merchandising, Category Management, Designers & Technologists, Facilities & Property Management, Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing & Production, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics
ROLE
• You will have an excellent understanding of recruiting/networking, as the business is very service driven, our client has an extensive client base who provide consistently high volumes of vacancies. • You will use various different methods and state-of-the-art information tools, working to find the best people in the market and to conduct exhaustive, quality research. • This role will provide you with an opportunity to make a difference across the whole of the consumer market sector and develop your understanding whilst taking on a new and different challenge each day.
CANDIDATE
• You may be a proven Permanent Recruiter ( candidates from all sectors will be considered) • You will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building with clients and candidates. • Above all you have tenacity, enthusiasm, good organisational skills and a clear focus on the task in hand. • You will be a strong team player, have a real passion for the recruitment industry and be motivated to be a future team leader/divisional manager as the business grows. • You enjoy offering solutions to problems, seeing a project through from start to finish and are completely professional at all times.
