The Role
Working has a Consultant in their Tunbridge Wells office the successful candidate will be working closely with established market names identifying candidates with the market place. The successful candidate will be working to weekly targets managing the full recruitment lifecycle covering new business, candidate attraction and administration. This company offers excellent awards for high achievers.
The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally already be experienced in the field of Marketing Recruitment Management and be experienced in People soft or Oracle. You will be of Graduate Calibre with at least 18 months recruitment experience. You will be efficient, personable and used to creating successful client relationships. You are expected to be a proven salesperson with a successful track record in a recruitment environment
